KaKeKiKoKu Studio's Core Engine is completely free. The foundational features — knowledge management, context, synchronization, standard MCP AI integration — are free, and I have no plans to change this. In the future, advanced deep integrations, specialized OS capabilities, and premium IDE plugins will be offered as paid extensions. But your project's pure knowledge management will never be behind a paywall.

By downloading and using KaKeKiKoKu Studio, you agree to the License Agreement.

Before you start: KaKeKiKoKu Studio supports MCP clients in two modes. Automatic, when channels are available: Studio pushes events directly to the AI. Today only Claude Code supports channels, and that is not a Studio limitation. Precise, when channels are not available: Studio prepares the prompt, copies it, and you paste it into Codex, Antigravity, Claude Desktop, or another MCP client. See the Quick Start for setup instructions.

Recommended: use a frontier model with strong reasoning, reliable tool use, and a large context window. Claude Opus is excellent, ChatGPT/Codex works well, and models from Asian labs are now perfectly capable too — all of them reach Studio through MCP and guided sync.
Sample project — KaKeKiKoKu Soliloquy: A novel written by 4 AI voices across 23 chapters. Explore structured knowledge, voice summaries, cross-references, and externalized memory in action. Read online or download the project.
