KaKeKiKoKu Studio is a Knowledge Engine that creates and manages structured knowledge files alongside your project files. It operates locally on your machine and connects to AI models through the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard. The Website provides information about the Software and offers it for download.
You acknowledge that:
KaKeKiKoKu facilitates interaction between you and AI models. The AI may modify your project files (code, documents, or other content) as part of normal operation. Any modifications made by the AI to your project files are your responsibility, not the Developer's. KaKeKiKoKu itself is designed to never modify your project files — it only manages knowledge files. However, the AI tools you use through KaKeKiKoKu may alter your work, and you should review all AI-generated changes before accepting them.
All content on the Website and in the Software, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and documentation, is the property of the Developer and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The knowledge files that KaKeKiKoKu creates within your projects are yours. You own them fully. You may copy, modify, delete, share, or version-control them as you see fit. KaKeKiKoKu claims no ownership or rights over the knowledge files it helps you create.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
